5w 30, will buy 10w 40 again but just want to double check.
-
if you look in the maintenance section it says there as well as the hand book to use semi synthetic 10w 40
hope this helps :y

Vx oil surely cheaper with a Trade Card £10.89 + VAT for 5 litres when I bought it 2 weeks ago. :y

That's interesting Andy as our local main Vx dealer, Caffyns, sold me that deal just four days ago! :o :o :o :o

It's a simple offer - every time you order four cans of the same specification oil, you only pay for three.
Offer available on 5 litre sizes of Semi synthetic and Longlife Super synthetic.
Offer valid until 31 December 2009.
Straight off the Trade Club website :y

Exactly right Scottie, as I proved above! :D :D ;)

Must have been old stock that they had or hadn't been told, they'll be stuffed as they won't get any replacements from VXM.
The 5 ltr offer is still running for the rest of the year (unless VXM's new owners think otherwise) but the 20 ltr offer of buy 3 get one free finished in March, i think
If you got the 20ltr deal a couple of days agao i'd get back and buy the rest before they suss out whats going on :)
Cheers

I need to get a TC card badly, I get all stuff from euro's trade anyway :y

Indeed Scottie.......and, I say again, my Vx dealer, part of a major chain of Caffyn dealerships has the offer still on here in the South East. Believe me they quickly update their system with Vx central information, as I painfully know. :'( :'( :'( :D :D :D ;)

Right, just spoken to Trade Club, our Trade area Manager and the NEW trade club book has arrived today.
20ltr DRUMS are NOT on the BUY1 GET FREE anymore
(5 LTR Can offer IS still on till the year of the year)
If your dealer is still doing it then thats down to them but they will not be getting the free barrels back from Vauxhalls so they will be losing money left right & centre. I'd suggest you get to your dealer and clear him out before they work it out

Think a bit of crossed wires here. You were talking about 20 litre drums not being on offer anymore. I never knew they were!
I (and I think Lizzie) were talking about cans. I thought when you were saying 20 litres you meant 4x5 litre cans. ::) ;D
Not sure what I would even do with 80 litres of oil - an oil change every 3 weeks perhaps? :o :o :y
-
Tr y this one on Flee -Bay----clarikengineeringsupplies ----(cut and paste) Genuine GM 10w-40w Semi synthetic oil 20Ltr drum £38.64 + £8,95 P&P :y :D

Yes indeed Scottie, and as you say what would you do with 4 x 20 litre drums of oil!! I like changing my oil, but......... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;)

andyc is RIGHT!
The buy 4 for 3 offer on 20l drums has FINISHED. End of.
The buy 4 for 3 offer on the 5l cans is currently valid until December.
Thats is the Trade Club offer, so no massive variations at dealers!
