Title: Fault codes 13 & 16 help

did an oil cooler change over the weekend & so far so good, but noticed today the knock sensor on drivers side was crushed so replaced it now getting codes 13 & 16, took her out for a spin & she drives like a dream just got the EML light on, any ideas, should add that codes were not there before, help

knock sensor 1 and 02 sensor open circuit. Maybe old codes if you have repaired it?
Check it though, i have a habit of c*cking these up.
