Vauxmad has offer me a transponder Chip and key. Question is can this solve the problem that i am experiencing??????
-
and what problem is that?
-
When you switch ignition on the EML flashes. Paperclip showed that immobiliser not working.
I am told chip dropped out of key. Car does not start.
-
Yes - but it has to be programmed to car (Tech2) ;)
-
no you will need ecu chip and transponder :(
-
So i can still buy stuff from Vauxmad??? Or better still wait for the Vauxhall Dealer.

Not 100% sure but think it can be done via tech2 however you may need a working chip to read from in the first instance. Not convinced that you do though..... ;)

Thanks at least i feel belonging. Not withstanding where do i find myself with tentatives.
I also remember that the first problem i had was a code 19 along with the immobiliser problem. But when i changed the Crank Sensor i was fine and all worked well. I am thinking first of cahnging the C Sensor and see what next.
All the same why does the EML flashes when ignition is on.
