Spray around lightly with carb cleaner while the engine is running ... any engine note change is where the carb cleaner is being sucked in and burned...

After fixing wipe down with paper towel ... result ... fixed air leak and a nice clean engine  ..  :)

According to "My Naff Code Reader" mine requests 850 rpm idle when warmed up with aircon on, 750 rpm aircon off.

At 4000 rpm it was very juddery. Did a quick look, multiram pipe had fallen off under the throttle body

Slightly off topic, but what controls the tickover on tractors? Mine has slowed down a touch, and ticks over like a Bus. The revs are about 600 according to the rev-counter. I touch the throttle and it is sweet as a nut, but wonder why it has slowed down.

ECU.

Is the engine vibrating, or is it 'missing'?
