				Can someone please help me.My engine sounds like A bad Diesel engine.It sounds bad at any speed.I was advised by A friend that A oil change would help has it has got hydraulic valves.Is this correct. Some advice would be most welcomed.Thank You in advance.

				hydraulic valves - yes.
 
 If noise is from top of engine, two quick oil changes (1,000 miles interval), if still persists try Wynn's Hydraulic Valve Lifter Treatment.

 If noise if from bottom end, especially if knocking, then FUBAR...

				Thank you for the help. I have traced the noise to the left cylinder head.I will try the oil change and Wynns hydraulic valve lifter treatment.Thank you again.

				 I got A bottle of  Hydraulic valve lifter treatment. Within about six miles the engine was nice and quiet again.Thank you for the help.
