Title: hot running temps and water injection...
Post by: ngrainqey on 21 June 2009, 20:10:50
has anybody thought about using water injection on their V6's?
on performance volvo forums they talk about using it to lower the air temp (less ecu retarded timing)

yup, they use meths alot to reduce knocking aswell, just thought it might have been ideal with my X25 turbo project :P if only i could have been arsed to sort the exhaust manifold out for it lol

plus you could probably get a little bit more power out of the V6 (denser cooler air)
