Title: Filler cap lock
Post by: Black cxd v6 on 06 July 2009, 21:12:16
Bit of a problem. I keep going to fill up with petrol and the lock on the filler cap door has stayed in the locked possition, I then have to bend the door off the pisstion. It pushes in with ease and dosn't lock when I check for a few days after. However go to fill up a week or so later and its locked again?

sounds like you need a new lock. dead easy to swap, just three screws if I remember right.

try parts section here/breakers/ebay for a working s/h one!

Nothing newer tha a Calibre! It definitely going to older than what you've already got. What about Astra G or Vectra?
