Title: car playing up

good morning hope someone can help me my car seems to be holding bk and revs going up and down when im doing 60 to 70 it seems to be going up and down through gears then the traction control light came on and on computer it said automatic gearbox i came off next jct turn car off and started it then ok then when got home the revs going up and down on idle and when you rev to 2 or 3000 revs it will just stay there any ideas why the tc light came on and the revs going mad >:( >:( >:( thanks

Air leak will cause the revvs to hold...check the air pipes and little breather pipes mate...air leak will also most likely cause AICV to complain and show a code 57
