Is this really a fuel pipe on Ebay...??

IMO it looks like an air injection pipe for the exhaust manifold with the NRV still fitted, but then I am not a trained Omega mechanic so who am I to complain... ;D

You are correct about what it is.  The seller needs to edit the listing title to say air injection pipe.
