Title: None return valve on SAI

Is the valve supposed to be 100% shut from engine side at normal operation...?

Removed the valve and cleaned it, then I blew pressurized air from both sides.. The valve was open for passage from both ways. Although, after reassembly I noticed that there were no exhaust leaking from disc seal unit at idle. SAI pump and hoses already cleared out the way...
Will this have impact on the functinality at any time...? Will the disc seal unit open up during driving...?
