The usual suspects, at that speed rear wheel balance, but be mindful of the fronts as well, wishbone bushes, drop links, warped brake disks - unlikely you would notice at all speeds, and less at high speed probably, centre propshaft rubber mounting, maybe a out of round tyre.

Check the cheap and obvious first! - Tyres, bushes, disks, wheel bearings.

Cheers

May be worth checking the wheels are balanced.
If the vibration is felt through the steering wheel then it's the fronts that are out. If it's felt through the drivers seat, it's the rears.

Front wheel imbalance usually causes vibration around 55-60 mph. Not sure what speed for rears.

Edit: looks like I need to type quicker   ::)

bad wheel alignment / faulty rear height control (if applicable) can cause vibrations. usually in lower speeds than 80 mph though.

but check the easier/cheaper things first.

why don't you try 105 mph  :y

i will get the balance done on all wheels and take it from there do you think a out of shape tyre can do it aswell :y

When I first had my estate I had all the wheels balanced because of a wheel wobble at between 50-60mph, and again at over 70mph.
It cured it a little but still there.
I then later on had all four tyres replaced and it was all sorted, not more wobble/vibration at any speed.
Are your tyres about ready for a change or have they got plenty of life left in them?

If the tyres are well worn, especilly if the wear is un-even, then that will cause vibration for defo.  I had a vibration issue that was down to un-even wear.
New tyres sorted the vibration and a full geometric sorted the un-even wear.
A full geo, properly done, will transform the way a Mig drives :y

Whats this centre propshaft rubber mounting PMMitchell is talking about?
I also have vibration on higher speeds and looks like back end is vibrating not the front one

i had the same prob vibration around 80mph. a mechanic renewed a wheel bearing but didn,t cure it.turned out to be a bush somewhere on the rear suspension..
