Post by: andy3264 on 01 August 2009, 06:32:27
Hi all
havent been on for a while, but have a problem starting. After reading past posts i beleive my crank sensor is us. Can anyone tell me where the sensor is located on the 2.2 petrol please.
Thanks all

Crank sensor is just in front of, and slightly above, the base of the dipstick tube:

Access will be considerably harder than appears in my piccy if you have aircon, since the pump sits down there somewhere.

As suggested above though, worth establishing the cause of your problem for certain before changing parts.
