Title: Best place to get another key ?

Our new Omega only came with one key, where's the best place to obtain another one, it has the remote locking.
It's a 2.0lt CD Estate manual W reg.

ime, buy the relevant bliper from vx(my 3 button was 35ish iirc) ,or egay if your sure of getting the right one and pm The Boy on here, last i heard he can supply the blade and transponeder then prog. with tech 2(20 is it?), just leaving you to get key cut at any lock smith(fiver?). Or get a cheapo basic key with transponeder from lock smith,then see TB, and car pass details will be needed. Vx charge well over the ton i beleive.

If you get the relevant fob bit of the key, Kevin Wood has a Tech II & is only up the road from you in Alton.

Just a thought (I do have them now and again ) Some of us know who have the Tech 2 , maybe a list could be generated of who has them and are willing to  do jobs for people  :y

There are only 4 real T2's on the forum that I am aware of.

Kevin Woods in Alton,
TheBoy in Brackley,
Marks_DTM Calib in Nottingham
and myself in Scotland. 

There are assorted 'cheapo' Tech2's dotted around the country owned by others, if thats what you mean??

I was not actually asking for myself , I have the master just down the road  ;D

I just thought it would be an idea to making a sticky or something as long as the tech2 owners were ok with the idea after all they would be the ones getting the pms etc  :y

3 of the 4 admins already have it in their sigs ;)

Only mine is currently out of action as its boogered  :'(

Saw Kevin today, having got the correct remote key fob complete with chip off ebay, got it matched within minutes.
