Title: Immobiliser ring

Does anyone know how to remove the immobilser ring from around the ignition?

As far as i can remember it just pulls off. There is a couple of tabs/clips holding it but you dont need any tools to remove.

It can seem sometimes like its never coming off without breaking it...but yeah it just pulls off :y
