Title: oil leak

Hi on the right hand side of engine battery side under the rocker cover there is a hole looks about 8mm should this have a
bolt or something in it seems to drip a little oil that keeps smoking oil was found on engine mount never spotted this prob before can anyone help

it might help if you  stated what model car you had  v6 2.5 etc, then the people will be able to give you a better idea. are you sure its not the rocker cover as these are prone o leaking
