Title: noisy brakes???

drove to shop earlier car was fine. driving back had grinding noise coming from passenger side rear wheel any ideas??

chock and jack on stands, give wheel a spin in neutral. Any play when rocking the wheel then bearing gone. If not spin for the sound and feel. Could be worn pads, a stone jammed in somewhere. or hand brake shoes collapsed in the hub. Hth

well it gets louder when i brake but its only coming from 1 side not sure if its caliper jammed?

I had the same prob, it was one of the pads totaly worn down. best check to see if yours are ok.
