Does anyone know if it's possible to remove those plastic fake looking wood trim pieces off the door cards without breaking them, or damaging the door cards themselves.
Want to paint them to match the colour of the car, as don't like the wood effect.
Thanks.

If you take the doar card off there might be clips holding it on,
Sorry I've never had one off yet.

IIRC its glued on the door card, but then again, if a turkish worker in Russelheim has been able to put anything together, why couldn't we all remove and replace it :D Sorry if that was inappropriate :-X

You could always try the link below, I bought these and have them on the door trims, a lot easier, if you don't mind the price.

Did think of these Mike. But to be honest, you've got to get it lined up just right on the 1st go, otherwise, if you try to lift it off as it's not quite right you'll then get a crease in it, then it'll never look right.
Was after the colour coded paint look rather than the brushed alloy look. But thanks for sending me the link anyhow, appreciate it.
