Post by: REW on 25 August 2009, 18:23:28
Hi Rew here. Can anyone advise? The wheel nut removing tool off my Omega Elite 3.0 "T"plated 1999 is shot, where can I locate a replacement one?It has the letter"P"stamped on the top,if that helps. The alloys are the original ones,I believe.

If you are meaning the wheel center cap?
They sell them at the dealers.
Failing that I just use a hammer and a small punch or long nosed pliers and a lever between them.

If you go to somewhere like ATS (when it's quiet) and ask nicely they'll likely have a set something like ...... http://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/5-piece-bolt-grip-set-expansion-set/path/socket-sets-sockets-tool-sets That's how mine were removed! The new locking bolts from Vx are now a 'cake cutter' design.  :y
