Title: car runs rough when first started

runs rough when first started then it clears and goes fine any ideas please

Does it cut out when stopping? Could be IACV, but more likely an air leak that seals when warm.

Are you losing any coolant?

Next time you start from cold, hold the throttle half open when cranking, if it starts and runs cleanly then you could have an injector which is dribbling (leaking) fuel.
An ultrasonic clean would fix this but some RedX injector cleaner might also help.
