And do i need to extend the wires on the sensors,i know its probably quite obvious but thought i would ask anyway. :-/

The wires are a lot safer if extended as thye do get a little close to the prop if you dont.
Here is a pic of the relocated items

So, just after the cats.
I used these bosses

Ok thanks mark, and i take it you have to remove complete two systems right from the downpipes to do it?. :y

im gonna have to do this too, as im fed up of clearing the codes every week, mind you the bulb has now blown, so i cant see it, but still have to check nothing else has gone wrong. luckily got a range of welders so piece of urine. nice use of high temp spray thats exactly what i would have done! also if sensors are seized, it might be easier to buy a new pair cut wires to old and let them plug the holes. i have used the universal sensors for a while now, gets through mots on a number of cars and at the price can be changed when needed.

Can probably be done whilst still fitted if you use a ramp.
I removed just the front pipes as it was easier although I seem to recall the holes for the boses were imperial (1inch?) so a 25mm hole saw was used!

The bosses I have here for Mark are 1" and come with the plug ;) :y

Just done the mod today, thanks to lee(wellung) for his help with the welding, but need to know which sensers to move,is it the ones nearest the manifolds or the ones nearest main cat, just need to be %100 before refitting. How to being sorted as we speak, thanks to lee again. :y
