Hi
no codes listed  :-? have fault coded, stripped the front out again, its seems to be firing on exsuh?? stroke, instead of compression stroke, checked everything is on TDC, the next step is to strip out another engine to see what position the valves are in,like for like  :( :(

Hi jus thinkin here do you have the idle contol valve plugged in? (the round silver thing and the right of the engine with one pipe from the induction pipes and into the top if the engine) check the electrical wire going to it, try to start with and without this plugged in.

its a dis, thus wasted spark, thus will fire on exhaust as well as compression

Hi guys
Thanks for the replys, i have a spark at the plugs, it must be valve timing  :-/ :-/  although cams are spot on and crank, can the cams be out, when timing them 1 2 are tight to align but 3 4 seem to be easy, have not played with them just the crank to replace oil seal  :-? :-?

take the crank wheel off and see if the marking on the shaft are inline with the bottom marking. some times the the marking on the wheel are not true. :y
