Title: Hydraulic lifter treatment fluid

Hi,
Just wondered if anyone has tried it and if its any good?
Managed to get the car MOTd and its going ok but sounds terribly rattly despite the oil change  :(
Anyone tried it?

it can be good, if that is the problem.

Mike Dundee's was rattley after head word, bottle of this cured it in seconds.
