Title: Parking heater wont start

Help, my parking heater wont start, it tries to in a cloud of smoke, but allways end up cold with diesel dripping from the exhaust.
Have tried to connect a parkingheater that works to the cars socket, but same on that one.
Glowplug is fine, and so are the atomizer around it.

Can it be an error with the car, and not the heater?

from what i gather there is very little you can do with them. They either work or they dont. Given they are factory fit i would think the car would know its their. So possibly you may have 2 duff heaters? Is the second one known to work?
Have you tried the webasto web site? .... Not that it will be much use.
