Hi,

Pal of mine who has an 03 2.2 Signum. Does anyone know if the paperclip test works on this model?

Paperclip doesn't and I don't think the Pedal trick will either, although I'm led to believe there are some 2.2's it does work on :-/ :-/

Best bet is to try the pedal trick... It can't do any harm :y :y

I tried the pedal test on a 2.0 DTI zafira and it didn't work, however if you turned the key until dash lit up and then pressed both pedals it read the codes on mileage display.

Worth trying.

Thanks guys, I guess this is one of the CANBUS vehicles so things will be different. I've suggested that my mate register with the Vectra owners forum as they are essentially the same vehicle I think.
