Title: Coolant leak

Ok people i need your help please
Going to try and fix my coolant leak this weekend but have to first establish where it is coming from so i can get the parts. The problem is i need to get the parts and fix it at the same time and get the car back on the road. No leak from the top or radiator but definately a leak from below under the Plenum chamber. Have been told it may be the thermo seal. Any hints at what it may be  :o

Under the plenum you have 3 possible places water could leak from, thermostat housing, oil cooler cover and coolant bridge.
