Title: Front Bumper CDX model - Rubber insert replacement

The  2 Rubber/plastic rubbing strip inserts on the front bumper...can these be replaced and is this an easy job to do? I have had a minor parking skirmish with a bollard :-) and would like to replace the Driver front side rubbing insert ! Appreciate if anyone could give appropraite Part number id if possible.
Hoping it's not a complete front bumper unit that needs to be fitted !!  >:(

If you have damaged the black part of the bumper then that is the bumper.

Best way to look at it is if its painted you can replace just that parts, if its black plastic then thats the main bumper
