That talk of Prescott got me worried until I saw the date ::)

Thought the useless git had come out of retirement or something :o

Great idea! Have empty motorways while all the HGVs grind through the villages instead of paying more to bypass them.

What the government fail to understand is the the public don't respond to their bullying of motorists because there isn't a viable alternative to car use.

up to now I understand one thing..Car users or "motorists" are Donald Duck tax payers  ;D

this rule is applicable to every country  ;D

I think I've lost count of the amount of times we get taxed to drive. It makes you wonder what's going to be next?
