No. Pre facelift and post facelift are different. Not interchangeable.

Facelift head lights won't fit a preface lift car if that's what you're asking. :y
-
Unless of course yours is a very late 99 model, one of the first of the facelifts?
-
Facelift headlights are slightly different from those on mini /prefacelift cars as they are abit more pointed where they meet the front grille.
Unsure what model you have with the year 1999 as could be either.Where are your electric window switches as that is a good clue of model.?
-
window switches are on the centre console matey, damn thats a shame they wont fit 99p each at the mo and look in very good nick
-
Your car is a "mini facelift" and sorry to say the headlights will not fit.
Whats the problem with your existing lights ?
-
the lenses on them look very dodgy, looks like they have been lacquered for some reason and look cloudy now, dont know wether to get some 1200 wet and dry and flat them down and see what happens
-
You can remove that mist from the lenses. I mean it can be cleaned by polishing it
-
You have a product callled Greygate plastic polish. It should do the trick

The condition of my headlight lenses were very bad and even with greygate and lots of effort they would not clean.
As they are HIDs I decided to find the cheapest set on fleabay as standard headlights..then I pulled the plastic lenses of f the old ones and swopped them over and now car looks like it has brand new headlights for a little cost.
Word of warning though.....don,t but DEPO aftermarket replacements as their lenses are held on by a curved sorunf metal clip which will not seal correctly against the original HELA bodies.
Get a tube of black sealant.(silkaflex from a camping shop)and you can then reseal them .
Best of luck with the polishing..hope it works .!!
