Title: code 18 ??

Hi... Seems i spoke too soon a couple weeks ago saying i seem to have few problems  :(
I just did paper clip test and in addition to the code 19 crank sensor that i intend to fix tomorrow i now have a code 18 which apparently is 18 "  Knock Control Module; Replace Electronic Control Unit (ECU)" .. i guess it looks self explanatory but for a newbie could someone tell me whats involved and roughly how much it may cost please

see what hapens when the 19 is fixed - that one does throw the odd spurios code
