Title: engine knock

hi all getting a strange knock sound from the top of the engine when i stab the throttle and let it off could be from the left bank but not sure its done a 130000 miles

 tock noise? kind of hollow? liffter struggling if so, change the oil every 1k times 3 or until it goes, mine went on the first change but it only did it from cold

think u could be right  the left bank sounds a bit tappy compared 2 the right bank last time oil was changed was about 10000 miles so it would help
