Title: HID Bulb

Have had a set in off the £30 one off e-bay and found that 1st thing when swiched on ,one or both would not come on  >:( >:(, turn off and on a few time and all is ok.   Then fitted some OME ones and there fine every time. I know that Jimbo has a set in his car and they work fine.

Has anyone eles had probs with the e-bay ones

Hi,
I had a set off ebay came from China, Hong Kong. Had Philips name  on them
Absolutely fine on starting up and brilliance.  My only comment would be that I had to do a lot of re-focusing the beam after fitting.

I was expecting a load of crap, as they were only £8.50 for the pair, inc post, but they have been in 18 months now no probs.

Yep, I bought some ebay ones and had the same problem, went back to the OEM ones and they where fine.
