Title: Matrix or not

Further to my original post re; "heater pipes". If the matrix is leaking (I`m loosing coolant on a daily basis) what are the signs. I`ve looked for the obvious ie matrix pipes and connections both ends, pulled carpet both footwells, dry. Any ideas please. Still no heat. :-/

When my matrix went got water in drivers footwell, sodden carpet on tunnel drivers side and the smell of antifreeze.

Got none of that. New HBV fitted and connected correct. No visible leaking pipes anywhere. No signs of headgasket leaking. No airlocks. Losing a coolant bottle full every 15-20 miles. And still no bl**dy heat :-/ :-/ >:( >:(
