Hi Guys,
Thanks to elitepete my miggys nearly fixed! Took her for a spin and after bleading the brakes they feel worse than before the mot which she failed on spongey brakes.
Any ideas would be gratefully recieved.

Sounds like there is still air in the system as I had exactly the same problem.
If you can't DIY then take it to a chain and they will sort it for you - e.g National tyres

I used an eazibleed to bleed them so shouldnt have air in there but will bleed them again on the weekend.

When you bleed them again, squeeze the brake caliper pistons all the way in whilst the bleed nipple is open.
Also......press the brake pedal hard to the floor and as you release it, get some body to strike the end of the master cylinder

Could this be caused by air in the ABS unit? or is it a myth that Tech2 is required to fire the ABS pump to shift the air from the ABS unit?

Thanks Mark will give it a go how hard should i strike the master cylinder dont want to brake it and at what ponit should i do it after bleeding?

Bleed it all through well and as said, squeeze the calipers in.
Then do it after....a good strike with a mallet is ideal....dont go belting 3 loads of crap out of it.

Indeed it is, not common on the Omega though.....done a few Vectras though!

Just like to add, I did the head gaskets and didn't touch the brakes :)
