Title: Another autobox

Hi
My 2.2 Auto has started to play up. It feels like its jerking between gears. I have checked the fluid level
and thats fine, nice and red too. Its done about 10,000  mls since I changed the filter and fluid.
I have got codes P1613 which I believe is the immobiliser which I assume is there because I jacked up the car without unlocking it.
The other code is P0303 which I think is cylinder 3 misfire, please correct me if I,m wrong.
Now if that is correct would/could that make it feel like the gearbox is playing up when its not. Also has anyone got an idea as to what causes P0303.

last time i had a misfire like that it was the head gasket :-/ on my old 2.2
