Title: omega 2.5td - relay olways on

excuse me for stupid question but
i have a problem with my omega 2.5td 1995g.
relay 7 in relay box is olways on

anybody have ideas what is this relay and where is the problem ?

relay 7 is K67 "cooling fan" relay

but how i fix this problem ?
how turn it off ?
and what fan it switching ?

this relay is olways on and discharge my battery
when I don't use my car long time

the fan is on only when I turn on ignition key. I don't understand what fan switching this relay ?

I found describtion about relay.It's turning on from switch S88.
What is this switch and where I found it ?

If someone has a Haynes, can they confirm this is rad switch?

i found the problem 10 months ago and now i decided to share with you:
 found defective "engine coolant temperature switch"
