can any one tell me if the seats i have in my omega reflection are orginal they have recaro stitched in to the up right bit of the seats the back support bit :yjust never seenthem in a omega before :y
-
Most Omega seats are actually made by Recaro - but I dont recall them being openly branded like this
-
I think some of the seats fitted to MV6 are recardo's but am not sure but someone will confirm and i have never seen them branded on the material or tagged on the outside.
IIRc the Reflection model was a limited run type model that had bits from other models fitted as a mix, match model,I.e bits from MV6,Elite,Cd,cdx

and interior looks different unless it was an opion when bought when new
-
Perhaps they were swapped from a newer model.i would think i would cost a arm and leg to recover all the seats and cards in the same material. You might find later when other members get home from work that someone will confirm the trim.I like them though
-
thanks m8y,i love them but girl friend hates them for getting in and out of the car, because of the seat edge bits that are hard on the bottom seating bit,but i love the seats, seem to hold you in better when cornering :y :y :ythe old gls i had,had soft seats, these are more sporty, after all the reflection was suppose to be a bit sporty ;D ;D ;Dand it is :) :) :) :):y :y :y

my old tourer had those same seats fitted.

Should add it was not all Reflections, i had a project one, had exactly the same seat design, just no logo
-
Just to say at this point, they are not "Recardo" but "RECARO" seats.
Also, Carlton 3 (Omega A), Senator B and Omega B seats are all made by Recaro. ;)
-
According to the brochures, they were only an option on '96/'97 Tourers.
Anything else, and I suspect there's been a swap involved!
-
Some early MV6 Estates (rare though) had them aswell, got a set in the garage with all the carbon cards etc, there Bucket type, slightly tighter fit and different disign than the normal MV6 type, also they dont have the leg extentions.
They were also the standard fitment to preface Opel Sports in Europe.
Just thought I'd complecate it a bit more ;)

My 97Td elite set has Front Recaros, with leg extensions black leather, I think they were a 1k option, but you loose electric memory & self dippy mirror.
-
mine is a 97 r ,the seats have the leg exstension bit and the rear seats match the front with the same pattern but no logo and has all the carbon fibre look stuff on door cards and centre console bit :y :y :y
