injector pump timing gauge/kit for a 2.5 diesel.

You dont really need one, its more a case of locking the crank at TDC and turning the pump whilst monitoring the pump cam position to get max lift, this you do with a dial gauge.

Right, i've just googled and there are loads. Is there a particuliar one or will any do the job?

Thanks Mark but I might as well buy one, i'm enjoying standing outside in the freezing cold messing about with diesels ::) ;D
