Title: only when sensor is getting wet any ideas

91   O2 Sensor 2 Circuit Voltage High,getting this only in wet and snow left battery cleared engine light,but still stored,any ideas to solve :yand which is sensor  passenger side or drivers side please  :y :y :y

cirxcuit 2 is pasenger side.

I just check insultaiotn etc around sensors
