OK, probably answered 1000 times, but doing the cam belt, tensioners and water pump on 2001 3.2 V6. Do I need any additional gaskets or other bits and pieces for the job?

cam locks as well think by other post's :y

you do need a full blown v6 cam locking and timing kit. Whatever you may think, it is not possible to do this without - at best, its likely the cam timing will be out. Worse case, not worth thinking about

No additional gaskets required - check you get large o-ring with new water pump!!
You will also need 30mm offset ring spanner + selection of male torx sockets, 5mm allen key, and 13mm open ended spanner, together with a torque wrench.
