Title: Remap/chip 2000 2.5TD

Hi all,
        Is it possible to remap or chip a 2.5 td, has anyone done it?? Is it a worth while modification.

Yes, yes and definately yes but only if its a manual gearbox.

Also if it's an AR35 Auto gearbox. Had mine done 3 years ago, and is a well worth while improvement. However, I have an AR25 box, which should not have lasted this long with the increased torque, so I will shortly be replacing it with an AR35. :y

you can chip the autos . But you will need to upgrade the gearbox to the ar35 to handle the extra power :y

PM TheBoy for supplier details - cost is around 70 quid.
