Title: auxillery belt

well went to change the belt yesterday the one i had was to short so went to car shop and tryed to pare one up but the guy in the car shop was addiment that minewas supposed to have 6 ribs the one i took off only had 5 any one know how many ribs they are suposeto have
3.0 v6 with air con on 1998
