Title: manual gearbox td

does the oof recommend changing gearbox oil. mines not been touched in 40k+. also which oil grade & quantity is needed. its a manual.  :)

not really as important as on autos, mines at 133k and never changed the fluid. still feels fine

I changed my gearbox oil at around 100k miles and what came out was just fine.

I think the new oil has resulted in a very slightly better gear change, and that was over time rather than an immediate change.

I don't think the change was really necessary.
