Title: HID Head Lamps?

Dont wanna sound Stupid (best shut up now then :-[)
What are HID lamps as im after Getting a lamp switch for mine and dont wanna get it all wrong :)

With yours being a CD spec, you probably don't have them. Do you have headlight washers?

need loads of bits of interior trim for it as it is a dog inside :o

So am i right in thinkind HID is Xenon then?

Im a Scunny lad born and Bred mate, nice to know there are local people on here :y

Been in your neck of the woods this evening to give my Tank a long run as it ain't been running very well :'(

HID = High Intensity Discharge

You have Incandescent

Totally different although both CAN be filled with Xenon , which is one of the "noble" gases .... (as is Halogen)

To check which bulbs you need try here ..

My betting is H1 fittings   I would suggest Osram Nightbreakers as they have been discussed a fair bit on the forum ..

Thanks for info guys, a just needed to know as i am under the impression the switches are different and wanted to make sure  i got the right one

Sunny Scunny eh? Home of Eva Bros. I can recommend the Nightbreaker bulbs, make a difference.

The switch is only different because yours will have the Headlamp adjuster, HIDs are automatically adjusted. Not sure if it makes a difference, but plenty of them about (Eva Bros).  :y

just gonna keep my eyes out for one that i like, i prefer clothe seats as i mainly drive it long distances, and am not a fan of leather lol

Right, there was a Velour interior being offered free recently.  I can recommend a blind, brilliant upgrade. :y
