Title: engine management light intermittent

can anyone please help me since xmas my 2.5 v6 t reg estate has been giving intermittent engine management lights but when it comes on the revs either bounce madly or the car cutts out any ideas please starting to do my head in now

do a paper clip test, and get the codes. Cutting out suggests crank sensor is on the way out

i got a 74 and a 21  which say on the forum as mass airflow sensor voltage high and throttle possition sensor voltage high does that mean they need replacing cheers
