Title: Ex Plod ecu 3.0 MV6 ??

Hello,is there any way of telling if the ecu has the chip or not,its just that im wondering if the ecu has been changed in the past,the car is ex police(3.0 mv6),i removed the covering from it but could'nt see any markings identifying it as been chipped,any help appreciated,thanks

Most say that the plod cars were no different apart from most having LSD and uprated suspension and alternators. So doubtful if the car has been 'Chipped' as such :y

as mentioned, most plod cars run standard ECU's  :y
