Title: Speedo fault
Post by: Gilly on 05 February 2010, 19:52:29
I hope you chaps can help.
My problem is that the traction control light come on then  speedo fails and steering stiffens up.
Any Ideas what this is.

That'll be the ABS/TC ecu is knackered. 2 choices....

1) find a replacement from a breaker but it must be same engine size, year, gearbox setup etc.

2) get in touch with a company called BBS Reman and they'll repair yours for around £100 and waranty it for a year.

In both cases you need to get it removed and refitted.
