Hello!
anybody has done it recently? I'm currently looking forward to buy one for my Calibra, but since those LSDs are old - I think it would need repair or at least replace some of those LSD plates. but local Opel dealer says, that no more spare parts are offered for those old LSDs through dealership.
somebody knows where is it possible to get spare parts for them? or maybe some aftermarket or original manufacturers which are worth contacting on this matter?

Please ignore Rusty, here, or Car chat is the place to discuss this, not general chat.
Never heard of anyone here replacing LSD plates, here we tend to get a 2nd hand replacement diff if needs be.
May just be an oil change would be sufficient?
the guide for which is here

thanks for oil changing guide, but that's not quite it.
I really doubt that after ~20 years of abuse by all previous owners - LSD still would be 45%. if it's easy to buy LSDs second hand - then you live in nice country... I searched quite a bit - couldn't find them. :(

Funnily enough, I have one for my 24V Carlton that I'm taking into work to strip and inspect.
My work might be able to find replacement clutch plates for it and make up spacers, but until I've stripped it, measured the bits and done alot of groundwork, I don't know, but I'll try to keep you posted. ;)
