Title: Water Leak

I have a water leak on my 1999 3.0 V6 sport.  Looking under the left hand wheel arch, there's a pipe there that leads into a small diamond-shaped plate, fixed onto the engine.  The coolant is leaking from that seal, does anyone know what this part is called?

that might be your condensaiton run off from your aircon? just a thought.
