Title: Paper Clip Test
Post by: MrTuco on 03 March 2010, 08:42:21

Hey all, can someone tell me what terminals I use for the paper clip test, X25XE S plate. EM light came on, car cut out, the fuel light started to flash, now none starter for more than a minute. What does the flashing fuel light mean, it is usually solid for low fuel... Please tell me it is just the fuel pump... :-/

73   Mass Air Flow Sensor Voltage Low
74   Mass Air Flow Sensor Voltage High
Would this make the car do what it is doing, I am sure it would, can I just go buy a mass air flow sensor & where is it located please?? Cheers..  Col

When EM light came on there was 30 miles, but then fuel light was flashing, this is new, I got to a station & now there is 80 miles ish, it never really started after I put the fuel in.

Not tried it this morning yet, the fuel light never usually flashes it stays solid, unless the gauge is wrong, but then why the EM light coming on just before it stopoped?.. boo hoo... I will go try it..
