Struggled a bit to see your picture but I think it is of the passenger side exhaust manifold :-/
The usual reason for oil running down the rear of the engine is leaking cam cover gaskets caused by blocked breathers.
What problem are you trying to solve?

Oops, just looked at the thread title.
Your problem is almost certainly leaking cam covers caused by blocked breathers :y

cam covers and gaskets just recently changed and seem fine it is the passenger side what is the problem after 5 mins of running it smokes from that black stuff the previous owner has removed the cat from that side for some stange reason dont know if it has anything to do with it i just thought ther should be a cap of some sort in that hole

Passenger side cam cover is notorious for not sitting right if the job is rushed. Access is hard and the rear "half moon" cannot be seen.. its all done by feel and the cable tray gets in the way as well.
It's possible that the cam cover on that side is not sitting properly and needs redoing

I don't think anything is fitted to that hole when the engine is in the car.
I assumed it was something to do with locating the block during manufacture :-/

This is a picture I took of my last cars engine when I took it out to change the headgaskets several years ago.
Do you have both heatshields on each exhaust manifold? Mine had rotted so I ended up replacing them.
